A sump pump that's undersized, aging, or missing a battery backup is a flood waiting for the next power outage or heavy storm.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained sump pump installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Undersized pumps are one of the most common causes of preventable flooding we get called to fix — we size for your actual conditions.
A failed primary pump during active weather gets priority dispatch, and most Hohenwald, TN areas see a technician within hours.
Every quote breaks out pump cost, basin work, discharge routing, and labor separately in writing.
We install backup systems that activate automatically the instant the primary loses power or falls behind.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every sump pump installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Installation includes a sealed basin lid, check valve, and discharge line routed well away from the foundation. Pit liners are set in washed gravel for stable, long-term seating.
We size the backup to match your primary's capacity, not a mismatched unit that can't keep pace during a real event.
Where municipal water pressure is reliable, a water-powered backup offers unlimited runtime without relying on battery charge.
In colder months, lines are checked for freeze-prone routing and fitted with a freeze-guard where needed.
Smart monitoring add-ons send alerts to your phone, useful for basements you don't check daily.
Here's the path from your call to a fully installed and load-tested pump.
Tell dispatch whether this is new installation, a failed pump, or a backup upgrade, and the right equipment gets loaded before the truck leaves.
Arrival windows are confirmed by text, with updates if an emergency ahead of you shifts the schedule.
We calculate your basin's actual inflow rate and recommend horsepower and switch type accordingly, explained plainly.
New installations carry a written warranty covering both the unit and our labor.
